Add Stacker Tool Empty Add Stacker Tool

For the love of building bases, add the stacker tool. There would be so many more bases if stacker was added because it is way to hard to build a nice base without it. It took me an hour to build a base yesterday, it should have took 15 minutes if I had the stacker.
